  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside personally upon my Cure, tho' not in the Parsonage House; Another House of my own in the Parish, being much more convenient, and a more eligible situation, I removed into it about Two years Since from the Parsonage, which is now and has long been tenanted by a considerable Farmer, who with much other Lands rents also the Glebe. I have neither Curate nor Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have no other Benefice.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I do not perform Divine Service at any other Church, except Occasionally assisting at neighbouring Parishes, in case of Sickness or Absence.

  4. Frequency of divine service: I perform Divine Service, twice on every Lord's Day with a Sermon in the morning, and on some of the more remarkable Fasts & Festivals.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lords Supper is administered four Times in the year, on an Average, to about six & thirty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the Youth on every Sunday Afternoon during the Summer Months, from the Beginning of May to Michaelmas.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good Repair, the Church yard tolerably kept, And all Things, for the Service of the Church, are decent.

  8. Glebe terrier: I do not find that there is a Terrier.

  9. Number of families: Eighty Four.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I do not know of any Papist, nor are there meeting Houses of any sort.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no School, nor any Charitable Endowment except a House called an Alms House, inhabited by poor People of the Parish; there remain no Traces of the Founder nor any Directions respecting its management in the memory of the oldest Inhabitants.

  13. Charity: There are none.

    Priest's orders and institution: Priests Orders dated June nineteenth one thousand seven hundred seventy Four. Institution dated August ye tenth one Thousand seven hundred and seventy Four.
